TTT’s R&D Division is known for creative work undertaken on a systematic basis in order to increase the stock of our knowledge, including knowledge of threats, different operations and surroundings. The use of this stock of knowledge is to devise new applications with an  innovative product design to match our clients operational needs. Due to continuous advances in technology and the constant changing consumer demands, TTT must continually revise and update their designs and range of products.

TTT’s innovation is linked to performance and growth through improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, competitive positioning,  and market share. A key challenge we face every day in R&D  is maintaining a balance between process and product innovations where process innovations tend to involve a business model which may develop investor satisfaction through improved efficiencies while product innovations develop customer support however at the risk of costly R&D that can erode investor return. In summary, our R&D division can be described as the result of some amount of time and effort into researching an idea, plus some larger amount of time and effort into developing this idea, plus some very large amount of time and effort into commercializing  this idea into a market place with customers .

TTT accomplishes both customer support and investor satisfaction through R&D alliances which are mutually beneficial formal relationships formed between two or more of our suppliers and TTT. The objective is to pursue a set of agreed upon goals while remaining independent organizations, where acquiring new knowledge is a goal by itself. The different parties agree to combine their knowledge to create new innovative products. Thanks to our unique relationships with suppliers in the field of ballistics, composites, textile, manufacturing, chemical, and modern advances in technology, R&D alliances have now become more efficient. Research and development is nowadays of great importance in business as the level of competition, production processes and methods are rapidly increasing. TTT’s R&D division keeps an eagle eye on customers, suppliers, and competitors  in order to analyze the needs, demands and desires of their customers and make the impossible become possible.
